Psychotherapists

Psychotherapy is the use of psychological methods, through talk and discussion, to help a person change behaviors they consider problematic or unhealthy, and overcome problems and challenges they are experiencing. Psychotherapy aims to improve an individual's well-being and mental health, to resolve or mitigate troublesome behaviors, beliefs, compulsions, thoughts, or emotions, and to improve relationships and social skills.

  • Resolving relationship concerns

  • Easing and managing anxiety and stress

  • Adapting to major life changes

  • Coming to terms with a serious health issue

  • Healing from abuse

  • Getting better sleep

  • Mental health issues such as anxiety disorders and mood disorders

  • Bereavement
