" I think that we're all on a journey to self discovery and it should be a reasonable goal to get there during our lifetime. However, some of us have legitimate reasons to keep putting it off till later in life and some of us didn't have enough care, help and support to put them on the right path to it. Eventually, each of us will have to walk their own journey; I could help you understand your past and how it got you to where you are today, support you with your goals and see you off on your own journey to self discovery.

My life journey gave me a hands-on experience of living in different cultures and interacting with people from different walks of life. I have 3 degrees social work and psychotherapy. my work experience includes working with children, adults and seniors in the settings of child psychiatry, youth protection, family therapy and LGBTQ+ clinics...etc.

Like most clinicians, I have areas of expertise and areas where I have little or no experience. I'm up front about it and inform my clients of it in the intake phase. I have an electronic intake form that could determine if there's a clinician-client compatibility or not. Reach out if you think I could be of help and we could take it from there."
