Cindy Vielleuse (she/her)

" Counsellor/Creative Arts Therapist. Cindy specializes in trauma-focused therapy with adults, adolescents, and children. She works from an anti-oppression perspective that recognizes the systemic issues that impact mental and emotional health. Cindy is a strong believer in helping her clients tell their stories through empathic and creative engagement. She incorporates verbal and body-based creative methods to guide her clients through whatever obstacles are keeping them from being more peaceful and integrated selves. Sessions are always client-centered, inclusive and sensitive to your individual needs.

Trained in drama therapy at Concordia University, Cindy can incorporate role-playing, games, improvisation and props in sessions to help ease the process of therapy. All sessions are judgment-free, non-threatening, and tailored to each client's specific needs and abilities.
