" Hello! I am a clinical psychologist and member of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec (OPQ). I speak English, French, and Mandarin, and I obtained my Ph.D. from McGill University. I provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults with an integrative therapeutic orientation, which includes cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches. My specialties include depression, anxiety, stress management, anger management, eating disorders, weight loss/maintenance concerns, difficulty with changing unhealthy habits, obsessive-compulsory disorder (OCD), trauma, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), relationship concerns, burnout, low self-esteem, and sleep problems.
