" I am a socially-engaged artist and social worker. I draw on my artistic practice and my awareness and lived experience of systemic issues such as racism and ableism in my counseling practice. My approach is holistic and strengths-based. I can support you in understanding systemic factors that are causing you pain, the impacts of trauma in your life, as well as support you in developing skills to help you manage uncomfortable sensations and emotions.
