Naila Alidina (she/her)
" I’ve spent much of my life trying to exist within and create spaces where racialized people can practice self determination.
In my counselling work I try to support individuals and families navigate the complexities of their relationships and mental health. I feel strongly about offering service and care to individuals and communities in ways that honour their experiences; and acknowledges that the systems within which we work have made it difficult for many people to access mental wellness.

Every person is unique and our work together will be catered towards your particular needs; coupled with a counselling style that works for you. I operate from a feminist and anti-oppressive model, with self-determination as a guiding principle for our work together. "
