Vesna Antwan (she/her)

Vesna_headshot.JPG

My name is Vesna (VESS-na) and I’m a coach, speaker and workshop facilitator in Tiohtià:ke/Montréal, Canada. ⁣

I am a second generation Arab-Latina (“Arabtina”) immigrant with parents of Iraqi and Honduran descent. ⁣

My mission as a coach is to guide soul-seeking individuals in finding their way back to themselves and their inner compass. Before completing my coaching certification, I worked in various fields, including higher education administration and communications. The common thread throughout my career has been a deep curiosity and interest in people.

My coaching framework is whole-person centered and sensitive to my clients’ identities, experiences, values and beliefs. I believe that coaching is a process of discovery, one that brings out the possibilities within and shines a light on our unique stories. I also firmly believe that joy is an important element to the healing journey.

On top of my work in private practice, I design and facilitate workshops on topics that are close to her heart such as self-care, boundary setting and burnout prevention."
