" You want a safe, supportive place to work through life’s challenges with someone who genuinely cares about your progress and well-being. Maybe you are struggling with anxiety, stress, body image, relationships, family pressure, and/or overwhelming life changes that can’t be avoided.

Together, we will collaborate to find creative methods that will help you get closer to your therapy goals. It is important that we build a trusting relationship where I can help support you in your personal journey towards better mental health and wellness. We might use art-making, verbal therapy, or a mix of both in our sessions together.

My values are anti-oppressive, pro-queer, pro-trans, pro-sex worker, pro-Black, pro-Indigenous, and anti-colonial. I often write, create resources, and provide free/low-cost workshops, all of which can be found on my website and might be helpful to you. I hope we can work together and/or that you find the support and resources you need! "
